at91_ohci at91_ohci: OHCI Unrecoverable Error, disabled

I am running the 9260S board with the WiFi module.  It works great most of the time but periodically I get the following error listed below.  I am only running on the WiFi on the USB port and am not sure what could be causing this.  My kernel verson is 2.6.25.

Any thoughts or solutions?  I have googled but did not find much.

Thanks for your time.

Re: at91_ohci at91_ohci: OHCI Unrecoverable Error, disabled

I am starting to become suspicious of the vntusb driver I cross compiled.  I captured a kernel panic messsage.  This brings me to several questions.

1.  Can someone post a good working vntusb.ko so I can validate against it?
2.  Is anyone else using PREEMPTIVE mode successfully with this driver?
3.  Is anyone else using the WiFi module with success?

I am attaching the OOPs message below

Re: at91_ohci at91_ohci: OHCI Unrecoverable Error, disabled

It appears the root of this problem was due to the fact that the kernel was running in PREEMTIVE mode.  Everything is stable now.
