OpenEmbedded on GESB-9260S

Hi,
I've been trying to use OpenEmbedded to build my own root file system for a GESB-9260S. I've been using the machine file for the at91sam9260ek, and with a change to use the 2.6.30 kernel instead of the 2.6.28 kernel, I can build a root file system image, and a kernel image. I've installed the kernel, and the RFS, but it hangs during the boot procedure when using the console-image or minimal-image root file system recipes (it looks like it does this as it finishes processing the scripts in /etc/rcS.d/. I can get a login prompt if I use the micro-image root file system, but that doesn't really contain to much functionality (ie, it doesn't even seems to have networking support). Has anyone worked with openembedded, and managed to get it to run on the GESBC-9260S? If so, what machine, and image did you use? ALso, what kernel version did you use?

Thanks,
David

Re: OpenEmbedded on GESB-9260S

Sometimes the kernel version can be a cause of problem.   Maybe it would help to try a different kernel.   Here is a detailed step by step article on how to build everything for Atmel processsor based boards,
