How to build a basic high end system

Hello,

I want to build a evaluation system to train my engineers. It should have following:

1. An SBC which can run both Linux and Win CE.
2. It should have audio in and out
3. It should have 4 channel ADC and 4 channel DAC (PWM) analog in and out preferably.
4. It should have a touch screen with driver and graphic LCD display.
5. All related cables
6. Wireless capability or driver for using a D-Link wifi USB dongle.
7. Some sample program giving APIs about how to us all these exotic interfaces in C or C++.
8. I am pretty strong on C and rudimentary interfaces serial,parallel ,ethernet,socket programming but have forgotten most of the Linux CLI. I am still Ok with Visual studio.

Please advise me how much of this I will get ready assembled and tested and how much I have to build myself.
