Any one try reflashing a 9G20 with 128MB ram and 512MB Nand Flash?

    I've tried re-flashing a GESBC-9G20 equipped the optional 128MB ram and 512MB flash using the files in this archive: http://www.glomationinc.com/Support/9G20/GESBC-9G20-Files.zip, and have not been able to get uboot to work.  All I get is the RomBoot without the '>'.

    I've tried the steps outlined in: http://glomation.net/smf/index.php/topic,11.0.html and although the tcl log shows it successfully programmed, I can't get uboot to come up in the debug console.  I wonder if the files in the zip file are only meant for the standard size ram and flash (64MB/256MB).

    Does anyone know if the address map used in the tcl file is right for flash this configuraton?

DO NOT RE-FLASH any board unless it is absolutely necessary
The boot strap code for different size of SDRAM is different.   The correct bootstrap code must be used for each board.  Attached is the bootstrap code for the 128MB SDRAM board.

* nandflash_at91sam9g20ek-128MB.bin (4.14 KB - downloaded 48 times.)

That was it.  The nandflash_at91sam9g20ek-128MB.bin file made the difference.  It now successfully boots into 'U-Boot>'.

Thanks very much for your help SuperHero.   Smiley
